3 sliced tomatoes
2 sliced avocados
DRESSING
1/2 cup safflower oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (or 2 parts oil to 1 part vinegar)
fresh grated onion
dash of sugar and salt to taste
Combine ingredients for dressing and drizzle over sliced tomatoes and avocados.
