Creamy Pasta w/ Bacon & Mushrooms

COURTNEY FJELDSTED

Cook 8 ounces pasta.

Sauté together over medium heat:

2 tablespoons butter

1 to 2 packages mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup onions, minced

2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/4 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

pepper


Add 2 tablespoons flour. Add 1 cup mild and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.
