Aunt Bonnie’s Baked Creamed Corn

1 box Jiffy corn bread

1/2 cup butter, melted

1 cup sour cream

1 can corn, undrained

1 can creamed corn, undrained

2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Place in a greased 9" x 9" pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 10 more minutes. Cool for 30 to 45 minutes before serving.
